Wisdom Garden

This hostel, near the town of Yuli, faces Hualien's Mt. Chihke -- ‘Daylily Mountain’ -- and has at its back, the spectacular Central Mountain Range. Before buying a large orchard in the vicinity of Yuli, the owner had been working at a 5-star hotel in Taipei. Heading the advice of friends she combined the orchard with a hostel with an interior that tends toward simplicity and grace, with some romantic features.
