Bluefiddler

Located on a country road in Cigu, Tainan County, this hostel is run by two volunteer environmental conservationists from outside Tainan, with the common ideals of protecting local ecology and caring for traditional industries. The rooms are fragrant with the grassy smell of tatami, tastefully equipped with traditional wood-carved beds, and furniture and decorations made from driftwood and seashells. The owner can arrange eco-tours or act as your professional guide.

	How to Get There: From Taipei, take a train to Tainan station. There, take a Singnan bus to Jiali. Then change to a bus for Taicyu and get off at Shalunliao bus stop.
